The symposium was held on September 24, 2005, Saturday at the RSTC Multi-Purpose Hall, Bicol University at 11:00 A.M. The Symposium was part of the whole day activity in line with the Graduate School Foundation Day. 

The program started at 11:00 A.M in which a welcome remarks was delivered by the President of Bicol University - Dr. Susan Cabredo. After the welcome remarks the introduction of the Guest Speaker followed which was delivered by the GSSB Adviser - Dr. Myrna Lanuzo. 

Cong. Francis G Escudero then followed by delivering his speech on Good Governance. The talk was simple but very clear and true. Reactions followed during the open forum in which the students were very active asking questions on the present political situation of the country.

The symposium ended late and was very productive especially to students who were very excited to meet the good Congressman. Picture taking followed after the activity.
